Overview: 

KeenLogic is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Fort Belvoir, VA, with core hours from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. KeenLogic offers Fortune 500-level benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance.   

This role supports DLA’s Strategic Capabilities and Processes (SCAP) Directorate by providing subject matter expertise in acquisition, IT, cyber assurance, engineering, and program support services. The work is focused on helping the CIO/PEO manage IT capabilities across the full system development lifecycle, improve enterprise capability management processes, support modernization and rationalization efforts, and drive collaboration, user adoption, and continuous process improvement. The scope also includes Agile/SAFe program support, strategic communications, business and budget analysis, technical documentation, risk and schedule management, SharePoint/ServiceNow support, and transition planning, with specific deliverables and priorities defined at the task-order level.  

Description:  

The Chief Strategy Officer acts as the strategic point of contact and provides strategic development and analysis support to the SCAP and portfolio to support DoD and DLA organizational mission objectives as it relates to the management of IT Business Systems. This individual will establish and monitor a continuous process improvement system, develop overall strategic milestones, monitor the execution of the project against planned timelines, and provides strategic planning recommendations to Government program managers and program staff members. 

Required Experience: 

  • Active Secret clearance or currently work with the DLA 

  • 2 years’ experience with the establishment and execution of a detailed strategy and process for an IT-centric organization and supports process improvement in the management of information technology (IT) programs.  

  • Experience executing a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program for a corporate level organization.  

  • Implementation of detailed strategic plan to support organizational goals and vision.  

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cross organizational strategic planning and operational execution.  

  • Experience in the creation and instruction of a comprehensive strategic planning curriculum.
