KeenLogic is seeking to hire a DevSecOps Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This role focuses on implementing and optimizing DevSecOps practices within DLA’s AWS GovCloud environment to support secure and agile software delivery. Key duties include developing CI/CD pipelines, transitioning legacy applications to microservices, containerization, guiding development teams in leveraging DevSecOps tools, and supporting multi-cloud DevSecOps strategies (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud). The role also contributes to cloud migration efforts and the deployment of secure development environments. This is a hybrid role. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Active Secret clearance 
• AWS Associate certification 
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification 
• 5+ years of relevant experience  
• 3+ years of experience implementing DevSecOps within an AWS cloud environment 

Job Duties: 

• Facilitate the development of new software solutions and transition of existing solutions from monolithic structures to micro-service structure operating within hardened containers. 
• Work with application development teams to refactor or create solutions that leverage the DevSecOps continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline and tools. 
• Instruct/guide teams through their solution development. Deploys and sustain microservices factory utilizing COTS and open-source solutions. 
• Leverage the DevSecOps platform in DLA’s AWS GovCloud to maximize Agile development CI/CD methodology. 
• Help build and maintain the CI/CD pipeline templates specific to various application development requirements. 
• Support the team’s effort to develop a strategy and a plan to deploy DevSecOps to support multiple clouds such as Microsoft Azure, Oracle Infrastructure Cloud (OCI) and Google Cloud. Contribute to a feasibility study that evaluates and advises DLA of the results. 
• Provide support to migrate and host government development environments (e.g. from on premise or other cloud environments) to the PIEE Common Operating Environment (COE) hosting enclave to support specific application system integrators.
