We’re looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across our service area. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses modernize their connectivity and safety systems.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region
- Sell our fiber internet, wireless, and voice (VoIP) solutions to businesses and multi-tenant properties
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless installation and customer onboarding
- Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and technical credibility in the local market
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in telecom sales including fiber or wireless services
- B2B experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Understanding of VoIP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and building safety systems (alarms, cameras, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with executives and IT leaders
- Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and accountability
- Must reside in the greater Washington, D.C. area
