ServiceNow Developer 

KeenLogic is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the U.S. Air Force’s Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) and the business requirements of the 89th Communications Squadron. EACN supports voice, video, and data communications for senior U.S. Government leaders aboard executive aircraft. The broader program includes gateway operations, engineering, cybersecurity, incident response, and ServiceNow development supporting the Government Security Operations Center at Joint Base Andrews.  

This position will develop and implement ServiceNow capabilities that support operational and business processes. The developer will collaborate with Government stakeholders and sprint/DevOps teams to create workflows, wireframes, configurable dashboards, and repeatable processes across IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management.

Position Details 

• Anticipated Start: January 2, 2027, with availability required for the beginning of phase-in.  
• Contract Length: Anticipated phase-in from January 2–February 1, 2027, followed by a base period from February 2–September 30, 2027. Four one-year option periods may extend performance through September 30, 2031, with a potential six-month extension through March 31, 2032.  
• Location: Remote, supporting EACN and 89th Communications Squadron requirements.  
• Onsite Requirements: The ServiceNow Development task is designated remote. Remote arrangements require Government approval; any assigned onsite support or training must be separately coordinated. 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with an assigned schedule within 6:30 AM–5:30 PM Central Time, excluding federal holidays.   
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance. 
• Travel/Training: Any responsibility for onsite training must be confirmed with the staffing plan. The contract includes initial onsite ServiceNow training at supported installations, but does not expressly assign all training delivery to this Key Personnel position.  

Required Qualifications 

• Active Secret security clearance. 
• Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.  
• Ability to comply with Government-approved remote-access arrangements and security requirements for assigned work.  
• Ability to meet applicable Government training and DoD workforce qualification requirements.  

Job Expectations 

• Ability to develop ServiceNow capabilities supporting ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules and business processes.  
• Ability to translate Government operational needs into workflows, wireframes, configurable dashboards, and repeatable processes.  
• Ability to collaborate with Government sprint/DevOps teams and other stakeholders.  
• Ability to deliver a practical, consistent user experience aligned with EACN and 89th Communications Squadron requirements.  
• Ability to respond to changing development priorities while remaining aligned with approved business processes.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide development and implementation support for the EACN ServiceNow environment.  
• Collaborate with the HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team, or other Government-designated teams, to develop approved workflows and wireframes.  
• Develop capabilities supporting IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management.  
• Build configurable dashboards and repeatable processes tailored to operational and business needs.  
• Translate EACN and 89th Communications Squadron requirements into functional application capabilities and user experiences.  
• Support approved business-process changes and enhancements as program requirements evolve.  
• Coordinate with ITSM support personnel on software configuration, customization, reporting, and trend-analysis needs.  
• Support changes reflecting system design modifications and equipment upgrades within the assigned development scope.  
• Support implementation and user-training activities as assigned and coordinated with the Government team.
