Overview:  

KeenLogic is seeking a Program Manager to support our team with one of our government clients. This position supports Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) in delivering Facility Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency Technical Support across Department of Defense (DoD) facilities.   

The role focuses on overseeing facility environmental compliance, planning, and resiliency programs across DoD installations, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and mission objectives. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and task order execution; coordinating with government stakeholders and contractor teams; conducting technical reviews to ensure quality deliverables; and supporting initiatives related to environmental compliance and facility resiliency, including planning, research, and program oversight.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Active Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and 15 years of relevant work experience, including 10 years in Program Management 

  • Master’s degree in science or engineering and 13 years of relevant work experience, including 10 years in Program Management 

  • Provides oversight support to facility-level multi-media environmental 
     

Required Work Experience: 

  • Ensures the requirements within the PWS are being met and serves as the primary point of contact for the COR 

  • Holds routine meetings with onsite contractor staff to review performance and the requirements of active task orders 

  • Meets with the COR and other government Program Managers on a routine basis to ensure the contractor staff are meeting the requirements of the active task orders 

  • Manages project schedules, sets priorities, and tracks budgets 

  • Performs technical reviews and ensures quality of all deliverables while working in conjunction with the Quality Control Manager 

  • Manages subcontractors and deploys staff (onsite and offsite) where needed to most efficiently complete task order requirements 
     

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience with or oversight of NEPA, cultural resources, and natural resources programs 

  • Experience with or oversight of facility-level resiliency programs
