Senior Scientist (Resiliency)
KeenLogic is seeking a Senior Scientist (Resiliency) to support our team with one of our government clients. This position supports Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) in delivering Facility Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency Technical Support across Department of Defense (DoD) facilities.
The role focuses on facility resiliency programs, supporting planning, design, construction, and operational initiatives that enhance the resilience of federal infrastructure. Responsibilities include conducting project reviews, research, training, and tracking resiliency initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering OR Master’s degree in science or engineering
10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s OR 8+ years with a master’s
Duties and Responsibilities
Support resiliency planning and program implementation
Conduct project reviews and technical assessments
Provide research and training on resiliency initiatives
Track and report on ongoing programs and performance
Required Work Experience
Working on facilities-level resiliency programs
Technical support to implement the requirements for resilient planning, design, construction, and operations related to federal buildings and property
Conducting project reviews for resiliency
Conducting research and answering data calls for resiliency information
Providing resiliency program training
Tracking ongoing resiliency initiatives and programs
Preferred Work Experience
Familiarity with compiling data from the DoD Extreme Conditions Assessment Tool (DECAT)
