eDiscovery / RelativityOne Consultant
KeenLogic is seeking an eDiscovery / RelativityOne Consultant to support an established in-house eDiscovery program for the U.S. House of Representatives. This position will support the transition from a contractor-managed Relativity server environment to a government-owned RelativityOne instance while providing ongoing day-to-day eDiscovery support to House Committees.
The ideal candidate will have solid eDiscovery knowledge, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and experience supporting eDiscovery technology and operations. This position will serve as a backup to the program’s primary processing expert while supporting both technical operations and House users. Mid-level eDiscovery experience is desired; however, junior-level candidates with a strong foundation and desire to learn may also be considered.

Position Details
- Contract Length: Initial engagement through the end of the current Congress, with the potential for two one-year option periods
- Schedule: Part-time; average weekly hours are anticipated not to exceed 20 hours
- Hours: Hours may vary based on program needs and consultant expertise, with seasonal reductions anticipated in October and December
- Location: Washington, DC
- Client: U.S. House of Representatives
- Solid knowledge of eDiscovery processes and workflows
- Experience supporting eDiscovery technology and operations
- Knowledge of Relativity/RelativityOne and the ability to support data processing, troubleshooting, and day-to-day platform operations
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide technical support to users with varying levels of eDiscovery and technical knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain user training materials and process documentation
- Ability to learn new processes and technology quickly
- Ability to effectively assimilate into and support the House community
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in support of an established eDiscovery program
- Mid-level eDiscovery experience is desired
- Junior-level candidates with solid eDiscovery knowledge and a strong desire to learn may also be considered
- The consultant will serve as a backup to the program's primary processing expert, with responsibilities potentially expanding based on the needs of the House
- Provide responsive, customer-focused support to House Committees using the RelativityOne platform
- Support established eDiscovery processes and workflows
- Assist with electronic data processing and troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day technical and user support within RelativityOne
- Support RelativityOne administration and technical operations as needed
- Serve as backup support to the program's primary processing expert
- Develop an understanding of the House community and the needs of Committee users
- Work collaboratively with internal House staff and other program resources
- Help ensure continuity and minimize disruption as technical eDiscovery functions transition from a contractor-managed environment to the House's RelativityOne environment
- Support the continued development of a sustainable in-house eDiscovery operating model
- Provide day-to-day eDiscovery and RelativityOne support to House Committees
- Support data processing and troubleshoot eDiscovery and platform-related issues
- Respond to user questions and provide customer service and technical assistance
- Support House RelativityOne administration and technical operations as needed
- Continue the refinement and execution of established eDiscovery program objectives and workflows
- Develop, update, and maintain user training materials and documentation
- Support continuity of eDiscovery operations during the transition from the current contractor-managed Relativity environment to the government-owned RelativityOne instance
- Work with internal staff to identify and resolve technical and operational issues
- Help establish and maintain sustainable processes for ongoing in-house eDiscovery operations
- Serve as backup to the program's primary processing expert
- Perform additional eDiscovery support activities based on the evolving needs of the House program
